This website is operated by DeveloperData.net ("Developer Data", "we"), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

01The account

One person or one business per account, with true details. You keep your key to yourself and are responsible for everything done with it.

02Plans and billing

Plans are paid through Stripe and renew until cancelled. A price change is announced before it applies, and only from the next period. Refunds are set out on the Refunds page. A purchase may be credited to the partner who referred you through our partner program; it never changes the price you pay. Card charges appear as DEVELOPERDATA.NET. 03Fair use

Your plan's limits are the fair-use line: 60 calls a minute and 30,000 a month on the Results plan, 50 a day on the Free key. Getting around them is not allowed: several free accounts for one person, sharing a key, rotating keys to reset a limit, or automating the website around the API. We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.

04The data: use it, do not replicate it

Use the results in your own work, apps and sites, and show them to your own users. Do not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own. Do not download it in bulk to rebuild it, or use it to build a competing product.

05Acceptable use

Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach another member's data. No scraping pages for what the API already offers.

06Accuracy

Results are gathered with care and given as they are, without a warranty that they are complete or free of mistakes. They are factual data, not financial or betting advice, and not a tip.

07Availability

We aim to keep every part running and show its state on the Status page, but promise no uptime unless a plan says so.

08Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.

09Suspension and closing

We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms; a serious breach can be acted on without notice, and an account closed for a breach is not refunded. You can close your own account at any time from your account (see Privacy).

10Changes to these terms

A new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to you before it applies.

11Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go through Support.
